Last updated · July 23, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit grownfox.com, why we process it, and the rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate the site.

2. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Dinesh Krishnan · GrownFox · Musterstraße 1 · 10115 Berlin · Germany · Email: contact@grownfox.com

3. Data we process

When you visit the site, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process technical data that your browser transmits, including:

  • IP address (shortened / anonymised where possible)
  • Date and time of the request
  • Requested page or file
  • Browser type, version, and operating system
  • Referring URL

This data is used solely to deliver the website securely and reliably, and to diagnose technical problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies

We use only one essential cookie (“gf_consent”) to remember your response to the cookie notice. It stores no personal data and is not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising. Because it is strictly necessary, it does not require consent, but you can decline the notice and delete it at any time in your browser.

5. Content delivery (Cloudflare)

Blog content is served through Cloudflare, which acts as a content-delivery network and processes your IP address to deliver files quickly and to protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

6. External links

This site links to external services such as our products and social profiles. Once you follow such a link, this policy no longer applies and the privacy policy of the respective provider governs your data.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@grownfox.com.
